Hire our Halls

Elm Park Community Association

, The Elm Park Community Association is a unique community resource located in Elm Park, offering a large and smaller annexe hall that can be hired out for private events, parties and community activities. 

Our Halls are perfect to hire for:

  • ​Family celebrations & parties (up until 6pm)
  • Dance & drama productions
  • Regular clubs & society meetings
  • Training, lectures & educational talks
  • Business seminars, team-building & socials
  • Exhibition, medical & charity space

Our halls have kitchen facilities, a disabled toilet and tables and chairs. You should include set up and cleaning times within your booking hours. We do not provide cleaning equipment, any catering service, projectors or speakers. You can bring alcohol to your event as long as you do not charge for it.

Please note – you will need to pay a refundable deposit. This will be refunded to you after the event, as long as you leave the hall clean, tidy and vacated on time. If we are not satisfied with the state of the hall at closing, your deposit will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, we do not hire the halls after 6pm for parties or functions, however, Quiz Nights and Fundraising Events may be permitted subject to the availability of a key holder.

If the hall is available on your requested date, we will provisionally book the hall and email you the paperwork to complete and return.

Main Hall

Our main hall offers a large space for functions, celebrations and classes with a small stage and plenty of tables and chairs to use if required.

There is a great ceiling height which is ideal for bouncy castles (up to 10ft in height).

Attached to this hall is a kitchen and accessible toilet with baby changing facilities. In the Entrance area there is also separate male and female toilets with additional baby-changing facilities.

This hall provides step-free access via ramp entry to the side of the building.

Size: 10.3 metres wide x 22 metres long. 150 person capacity. 

Annexe​

The Annexe is ideal for small functions including training, meetings, baby showers, afternoon teas, soft play and social clubs. 

Attached to this hall is a kitchen and an accessible toilet. In the Entrance area, there is also a separate male toilet. 

This hall is not step-free. 

Size: 4.7 metres wide x 10.8 metres long. 45 person capacity.
